Deleting your account ===================== Deleting your account is permanent. It cancels active subscriptions, removes your data, deletes owned workspace data for every member, and deletes your sign-in account. You confirm by typing your account email and checking a box. Here is exactly what happens. Category: Account & Settings | Last updated: 2026-07-07 You can delete your account yourself from Settings > Advanced, in the Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so SuperSchema first shows you a preview of what will be removed, then asks you to confirm before anything is deleted. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT 1. Go to Settings > Advanced (the Danger Zone). 2. In the Delete Account section, click "Delete My Account". 3. Wait a moment while the deletion preview loads. It shows how much will be removed: domains, saved pages, schema generations, AI-readable files, HubSpot connections, and team members. 4. In the confirmation field, type your account email exactly (the same address shown in the preview). 5. Check the box acknowledging that this permanently removes your account and data. 6. Click "Permanently Delete Account". You are signed out and sent back to the homepage once it completes. Note: The confirmation is your account email, not the word DELETE. The delete button stays disabled until the email you type matches your account and the acknowledgement box is checked. Tip: Changed your mind partway through? Click Cancel in the confirmation panel. Nothing is deleted until you click Permanently Delete Account. WHAT DELETION DOES - Cancels any active subscription immediately. - Deletes the data in workspaces you own, including domains, saved pages, schema generations, AI-readable alternate files, and HubSpot connections. - Removes your access to workspaces you were only a member of, without deleting those workspaces. - Deletes your sign-in account, so you can no longer log in. IF YOU OWN A TEAM If you own a team workspace, deleting your account deletes that workspace and its data for every member, not just for you. That is why the confirmation step calls it out specifically, and why the checkbox wording changes to acknowledge that owned workspace data will be removed for every member. Warning: If you own a team but only want to step away, do not delete your account. Deleting the owner account removes the shared workspace for everyone. Have members export anything they need first, or move ownership if that is an option for your team, before you delete. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE Account deletion is permanent. Once it completes, your account data and owned workspace data are gone and cannot be restored. If you are unsure, cancel out of the flow and reach out to Support before deleting. Note: If something goes wrong and the deletion cannot complete, you will see an error message and the account will not be deleted. You can try again, or contact Support and the team can remove the account for you.
