Finding your invoices and receipts ================================== Every subscription charge and one-time purchase, such as an audit, has an invoice you can view and download as a PDF from the Invoice History section under Settings, then Billing. PDFs include the company and tax details you set in Billing Info. Category: Billing & Plans | Last updated: 2026-07-07 Your full billing history lives in the Invoice History section under Settings, then Billing. It lists both your recurring subscription charges and any one-time purchases, sorted newest first. Invoice History is available to workspace owners and admins who manage billing. VIEW AND DOWNLOAD AN INVOICE - Each entry shows what the charge was for, its status, the period or date, and the amount. - Subscription invoices show the plan name and the billing period they cover. - To save a copy, click the download icon on an invoice to generate and download a PDF. 1. Open Settings, then Billing. 2. Scroll to Invoice History. 3. Find the invoice you want and click its download icon. 4. The PDF is generated on demand and downloads as invoice-.pdf. Note: Invoice PDFs include the company name, address, and tax or VAT details you have saved in Billing Info, plus any invoice notes. Set those up first if you need them on the PDF; use "Edit Billing Info" at the top of the Invoice History section. Tip: The PDF is built each time you download it, so if you update your Billing Info later, download a fresh copy to pick up the new company or tax details on future invoices. WHAT THE STATUSES MEAN Paid: The charge was collected successfully. Open: The invoice is issued but not yet paid. Draft: The invoice is not finalized yet. Uncollectible: Payment could not be collected. This usually pairs with a Past Due subscription; update your card to resolve it. Void: The invoice was cancelled and is not owed. IF YOUR HISTORY LOOKS EMPTY Invoices are synced from Stripe when you open the page. If you were recently billed but see nothing yet, the history may still be syncing. Depending on what the page finds, you may see one of these messages. Checking invoice history: SuperSchema is checking Stripe before showing an empty history. Give it a moment. Invoice history is syncing: The workspace has paid access but no local invoice records were found yet. Use "Refresh invoice history" to check Stripe again. No invoices were found after checking Stripe: A paid workspace with no local invoices yet. If you were recently billed, contact support to reconcile the Stripe records. Invoice history needs a support check: Syncing from Stripe could not finish. Contact support and the billing history will be repaired. Note: If you are on the free plan and have never been charged, "No invoices yet" simply means there is nothing to show. Subscription and one-time invoices appear here after your first purchase.
