# Billing and plans overview > How SuperSchema pricing works: a free Site Scan to start, recurring monitoring subscriptions (Essential, Growth, Portfolio, Enterprise) to stay AI-ready, and separate one-time audits for a deep diagnostic. There are no credits. *Category: Billing & Plans ยท Last updated: 2026-07-07* --- SuperSchema pricing has two independent parts. Monitoring subscriptions are recurring plans that keep your AI-readable layer current as your site changes, and they are what most people mean by "your plan." A SuperSchema Audit is a separate one-time purchase: a deep, point-in-time diagnostic of how AI understands your site. You can buy either one without the other. There are no credits: that older per-generation model has been retired, and every paid plan generates schema and AI-readable files without counting them. ### Free to start You do not need to pay to see where you stand. Run a free Site Scan for an instant read on how AI understands your site, no card required. A free account also includes a small number of page setups so you can generate and deploy schema and AI-readable files for a few pages before you decide on a plan. ### Monitoring plans (recurring) Monitoring plans are tiered by how many pages and domains you watch and how often SuperSchema checks them. Every tier generates unlimited schema and AI-readable files; the limits below are about how many pages you actively monitor. | Plan | Monthly price | Pages monitored | Domains | Check cadence | Best for | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Essential | $49 | 50 | 1 | Weekly | One site, a solo operator or small business | | Growth | $129 | 200 | 3 | Weekly | Growing teams that want more pages and the Registry listing | | Portfolio | $299 | 500 | 10 | Daily | Agencies and multi-brand operators | | Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Daily or custom | Complex orgs needing SSO, SLA, and onboarding | Annual billing saves 20 percent versus paying monthly, and you can switch between monthly and annual at any time. Essential, Growth, and Portfolio are self-serve: you subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel yourself from the billing page. Enterprise is contact-us pricing with custom limits. **Included on every paid plan:** Unlimited schema and AI-readable file generation, hosted AI-readable files, your SuperSchema Score, citation scans, AI bot tracking, change monitoring, and team seats. **What higher tiers add:** More monitored pages, more domains and bot-tracking domains, more monthly citation scans, longer change history, HubSpot Sync, a SuperSchema Registry listing (Growth and up), and priority support (Portfolio and up). **Citation scans:** A monthly allowance that checks whether AI answers cite you. Essential includes 2 per month, Growth 5, Portfolio 20, Enterprise unlimited. > **Note:** A monitored page is any URL where SuperSchema tracks AI readability, schema coverage, AI-readable files, and change signals. Pages you have already activated keep working even if you later reach your limit; the limit only applies to turning on new pages. ### Audits (one-time, separate) A SuperSchema Audit is a one-time expert diagnostic, not a subscription. It shows the gap between what your website says and what AI can reliably understand today, and hands you a Decision Pack with prioritized fixes and a monitoring recommendation. Audits are billed once and are purchased separately from your monitoring plan. | Audit package | Price | For | | --- | --- | --- | | Core | $2,500 one-time | One business with a straightforward website | | Pro | From $5,000 one-time | Larger, multi-location, multi-brand, or multi-site businesses | | Agency | $10,000 one-time | Agencies and MSPs (includes 5 audits to deliver to clients) | > **Warning:** The word "Pro" here names an audit package only. It is not a subscription tier. If you are looking for recurring monitoring, the plans are Essential, Growth, Portfolio, and Enterprise. > **Tip:** You do not need an audit before subscribing to monitoring, and you do not need a subscription to buy an audit. Many people run the free Site Scan first, then decide whether an audit, a monitoring plan, or both makes sense. > **Note:** Prices and limits here are a summary and can change. The pricing page at superschema.ai/pricing is always the source of truth. You manage your plan under Settings, then Billing, where billing changes are reserved for workspace owners and admins. ## Questions this answers - How does SuperSchema pricing work? - What monitoring plans are there and what do they cost? - What is the difference between a monitoring plan and an audit? - Do you still use credits? - Is there a free trial or free plan? - How much do I save with annual billing? - What is included with every paid plan? - What is a monitored page? - Where do I manage my plan and see pricing? ## Related - https://superschema.ai/docs/choosing-a-monitoring-plan - https://superschema.ai/docs/monitoring-plans-whats-included - https://superschema.ai/docs/superschema-audit - https://superschema.ai/docs/managing-your-subscription
