# Monitoring roster and capacity

> Your plan includes a set number of monitored-page slots (50 on Essential, 200 on Growth, 500 on Portfolio, custom on Enterprise). Here is how to see what is monitored, free up a slot by swapping or stopping a page, and what happens when you hit your limit.

The monitoring roster is the list of pages you are actively watching. Each row shows the page, its status, and when it was last checked. Your plan sets how many pages you can monitor at once, shown as "Monitored Pages" with a count like "3 of 10." When you are at your limit, you free up a slot by swapping a page out or stopping monitoring on one, then start another.

### How many pages each plan monitors

| Plan | Monitored pages | Check frequency |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Essential | 50 | Weekly |
| Growth | 200 | Weekly |
| Portfolio | 500 | Daily |
| Enterprise | Custom | Daily |

> **Note:** Monitoring slots are shared across your team, not per person. Adding, swapping, or stopping a monitored page affects monitoring for everyone on the team.

### Adding a page to the roster

A page can be monitored only after it is verified. Once SuperSchema confirms your schema is live, you can start monitoring that page. If you have several verified pages waiting, use the picker to choose which ones to watch, up to your plan limit.

1. Verify the page so its schema is confirmed live.
2. Start monitoring it, or use "Pick URLs to monitor" to select from your verified pages.
3. A baseline is captured and the page joins your roster with a "Healthy" status.

**Healthy:** The page matches its baseline. No open changes.

**Changes:** The page drifted from its baseline and has one or more open drift events to review.

### When you hit your limit

When every slot is in use, adding a new page is blocked until you free one up. You will see that your monitored-page count matches your plan cap (for example "10 of 10") and a prompt that your URL limit is reached. You have two ways to make room.

### Swapping a page

Swapping trades one monitored page for another in a single step. It pauses a page you are currently monitoring, freeing its slot, and starts monitoring the new page in its place.

1. Start monitoring the new page. If you are at your limit, the "Swap monitored page" dialog opens.
2. Choose which currently-monitored page to pause.
3. Confirm with "Swap." The paused page leaves the active roster and the new page takes its slot.

> **Note:** The paused page stays verified. Its schema is still live on your site; it is just no longer being re-checked on a schedule. You can bring it back later when a slot opens up.

### Stopping monitoring on a page

Use "Stop monitoring" on a roster row when you want to free a slot without immediately replacing the page. Stopping monitoring keeps the page verified; only the scheduled checks stop. You can re-activate it from the Monitoring tab anytime.

> **Warning:** Stopping monitoring means SuperSchema no longer watches that page for drift. If the page later loses its schema or breaks, you will not get an alert until you start monitoring it again.

### Getting more slots

If you consistently need to watch more pages than your plan allows, upgrade to a higher tier for more monitored-page slots (and, on Portfolio and Enterprise, daily checks). Pricing and current limits are always on the pricing page.

> **Tip:** Spend your slots on the pages that change often or matter most: product, pricing, and cornerstone content. A static page that never changes rarely needs a monitoring slot.
