SuperSchema organizes everything you do around domains. Each site you work on lives as its own card in your portfolio, and every feature (your Site Scan report, Bot Tracking, schema generation, and monitoring) hangs off that domain. Adding a domain is the first step for any new site: you enter it once, and from then on you open the domain to reach all of its tools in one place.
The Your Domains portfolio #
Your Domains is the portfolio view. It shows every domain your team is tracking as a card, with the site favicon, its name, and three feature badges that light up as you set things up. A badge is bright green when that feature has data for the domain and dimmed when it does not:
- Site Scan
- The domain has been scanned and has an AI visibility report you can open.
- Bot Tracking
- The domain is recording visits from AI crawlers like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Schema
- The domain has schema generated for at least one of its pages.
The card footer tells you how many features are active (for example "2 features active" or "No features set up") and when the domain was added. Clicking anywhere on a card opens that domain to its detail page.
- The header shows your usage as a running count, like "2 / 3 domains", so you always know how much room you have left.
- A search box filters the list by domain name as you type.
- Filter pills (All, Site Scan, Bot Tracking, Schema) narrow the grid to domains that have that feature set up.
Adding a domain #
- On Your Domains, click "Add Domain" in the top right (or "Add Your First Domain" if the portfolio is empty).
- Type the domain into the "Domain name" field, for example example.com.
- Click "Add Domain" in the dialog to confirm.
- The new domain appears in your portfolio right away, ready to scan or generate schema.
How many domains you can add #
Every plan includes a set number of domains. The limit scales up as you move to a larger plan:
| Plan | Domains included |
|---|---|
| Free Trial | 1 |
| Essential | 1 |
| Growth | 3 |
| Portfolio | 10 |
| Enterprise | Custom (unlimited) |
The count in the header ("2 / 3 domains") reflects your current plan. When you reach the limit, the "Add Domain" button greys out and a "Domain limit reached" note appears next to it. Hovering the button explains it plainly: your plan allows that many domains, and you can remove one to add a new one.
Removing a domain #
- On the domain card in Your Domains, click the three-dot menu in the top right of the card.
- Choose "Remove Domain".
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Removing a domain frees up a slot against your plan limit, so you can add a different site in its place. On success you see a confirmation that the domain was deleted, and the portfolio count updates immediately.
Who can add and remove domains #
Managing the domain registry is limited to workspace owners and admins. If you are a member without those permissions, you will see "Ask a workspace admin to add domains" in place of the Add Domain button, and the remove menu will not appear on cards. You can still open any domain and work inside it.
