You can delete your account yourself from Settings > Advanced, in the Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so SuperSchema first shows you a preview of what will be removed, then asks you to confirm before anything is deleted.
How to delete your account #
- Go to Settings > Advanced (the Danger Zone).
- In the Delete Account section, click "Delete My Account".
- Wait a moment while the deletion preview loads. It shows how much will be removed: domains, saved pages, schema generations, AI-readable files, HubSpot connections, and team members.
- In the confirmation field, type your account email exactly (the same address shown in the preview).
- Check the box acknowledging that this permanently removes your account and data.
- Click "Permanently Delete Account". You are signed out and sent back to the homepage once it completes.
What deletion does #
- Cancels any active subscription immediately.
- Deletes the data in workspaces you own, including domains, saved pages, schema generations, AI-readable alternate files, and HubSpot connections.
- Removes your access to workspaces you were only a member of, without deleting those workspaces.
- Deletes your sign-in account, so you can no longer log in.
If you own a team #
If you own a team workspace, deleting your account deletes that workspace and its data for every member, not just for you. That is why the confirmation step calls it out specifically, and why the checkbox wording changes to acknowledge that owned workspace data will be removed for every member.
This cannot be undone #
Account deletion is permanent. Once it completes, your account data and owned workspace data are gone and cannot be restored. If you are unsure, cancel out of the flow and reach out to Support before deleting.
